If you watch the movie, you will be able to experience cyber war in a very realistic, creepy and long-lasting way.
It's one of the few movies I remember vividly with my whole body and mind.

​Imagine a quiet morning where your smartphone is just a piece of cold glass.
This is the terrifying reality in the movie Leave the World Behind, starring Julia Roberts.

The nightmare begins on a sunny beach when a massive cruise ship loses its direction and charges toward the shore.
People scream and run as the giant vessel crashes into the sand, signaling that the world's systems have completely failed.

In the film, Julia Roberts and her family try to survive, but suddenly, the internet and GPS stop working.
Her husband, played by Ethan Hawke, drives out to find help or supplies, but he quickly finds himself lost.

He encounters a desperate woman on the road speaking a foreign language, but they cannot understand each other at all.
This total failure of communication leaves him terrified and helpless, realizing that without technology, we are truly isolated.

The most chilling part is the "Geopolitical Uncertainty" where no one knows who is attacking.

Is it North Korea? Is it Iran? The lack of information makes people lose their minds.

We see self-driving cars crashing into each other, turning a high-tech dream into a nightmare.

But the most haunting scene is the little daughter, Rose, wandering into a luxury bunker in a stranger’s house.
Even though she doesn't know the owners and they are nowhere to be found, she simply makes herself at home.
While the world outside is falling apart and her own family is in danger, she only cares about finishing her favorite TV show, Friends.

She ignores the screams and the chaos, choosing to indulge in a digital fantasy in that cold, unfamiliar shelter instead.
