I’ve always thought I was a bad sleeper.
Because I often wake up after having very vivid dreams.
To me, those dreams felt like a problem — like they were disturbing my sleep.
But today, I heard something surprising.
Vivid dreams might actually be a good sign.
They can mean your brain is deeply focused and busy cleaning up all the mental “trash” from the day.
That really changed how I see things.
Last night, I had a lot of dreams again — just like always.
But this time, I feel different.
My head actually feels clearer and more refreshed.
It’s funny, right?
Nothing really changed — except the way I think about it.
