Which is better a successful life or a satisfied life?

This morning, I saw an article about artist Jung Mi-jo and heard the title song "Adult".
We may say she could be a successful artist, singer, and retired professor of fine arts.
Her mother was a painter and her father was a successful businessman, grew up in a rich family, graduated from Ewha Womans University School of Fine Arts.
And when she debuted as a singer with a song called Gaeyeoul, she was popular because she sang well and additionally her Western appearance looked glamorous.
But unfortunately, she quit her singing career and went on to pursue a career as a painter at Paris 7 University in France, and obtained a doctorate, and served as a professor at Suwon University.
Even the song she sang recently in her mid-70s are cool enough to be able to forget her age.
The reason why she suddenly gave up her singing career and went to France was that her female manager, whom she had trusted, stole her assets without her notice and was raising another aspiring newbie with the money.
She married a professor in her mid-40s and in his mid-50s and lives a peaceful life of old age with no children.
Contrary to one's appearances, people have almost ups and downs in their lives and cannot judge success by their appearance.
I think it is a successful life if I am satisfied with my life now, healthy and feel happy with heart.
