About Gen-Z

“Thinking about Gen Z and beyond”

I just read this topic that kind of surprised me — and honestly, it gave me a little bit of a shock.

I started thinking about Gen Z — people born between 1997 and 2012 — and how they behave.

Sometimes, I’ve experienced moments in public transport or other places where they may look gen-G acted in ways that left me a bit confused… and even a little scared 😅

It feels like we’re living in the same world, but somehow looking a bit  different species.

And then I wondered — if Gen Z thinks and acts this way, what about the generation after them?
How different will they be?

Actually, I learned one more thing about Gen Z that surprised me.
They have this trend called “revenge quitting.”

They leave their jobs in a dramatic way — not just because of money, but because they feel burned out, not respected, or trapped in a bad culture.

It shows how strongly they value balance, fairness, and control over their own lives.

So if Gen Z is already changing the workplace like this, what about Gen Alpha — those born after 2013?

They grow up surrounded by AI, smart devices, and a totally digital world. Everything — learning, playing, even talking — is digital for them. (By the way, my little Ahin belongs to this group 😄.)

When they become self-expressive twenty- or thirty-somethings, what will they be like? Bold and fearless?
Or something completely unexpected?

Honestly… it scares me a bit.
Now I wonder if there’s a completely different kid living inside Ahin without me even knowing.

And even more mind-blowing — Gen Beta. They will be born after 2025 into a world where AI, metaverse, and robots are normal everyday life.

Can you imagine what they’ll be like?
I can’t even picture it.

So here we are — living in a world so chaotic already that it’s hard to know where to look.

But I guess that’s what makes the future exciting… and maybe a little terrifying too!
