As I continue to have small birthday gatherings with my dear friends, I can’t help but feel that climbing the restaurant stairs becomes heavier with each passing year.
I tell myself it's because of the heavy coat I put on with effort and the overly large bag slung over my shoulder.
Perhaps it’s time to start reducing the load in my bag and even its size.
For the first time in my life, I’ve noticed a few fine wrinkles around my eyes.
I used to believe that at least my skin would remain wrinkle-free…
But how could I possibly stop the passage of time?
