I belatedly received the news that one of my elementary school classmates had passed away.
This is the second death among my friends who I've heard of even a little since our grade school years. Although we had fleeting shadow memories from elementary school, the day in this photo was the first and last time we exchanged even a single word. .
Everyone feels sad because she is a friend who is always said to be bright and pure.
