토방 is located in 양평.
We could enjoy the 북한강 view while having lunch.
It was a little bit drizzling and wet fog was climing up along the hillside,which I always enjoy looking at.
The food was normal but the view was much better.
Especially watching the people who were enjoying the water-skiing was something interesting.
